SMB Samba Rava

Whole wheat is ground and then granulated to create samba rava. It is a nutritious alternative to regular rava. Many foods items, including rava dosa, rava idly, rava upma, and sweets like rava kesari, may be made using samba rava. With some sliced veggies to enhance the flavour, dishes cooked with rava provide a nutritious breakfast.
